The 28th China International Food Additives and Ingredients Exhibition (FIC), co-organized by the China Food Additives and Ingredients Association and the Light Industry Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, is an annual industry exhibition and a major food additives and ingredients exhibition in Asia. It was successfully held from March 17th to 19th, 2026, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. As Asia's largest food additives and ingredients industry event, FIC brought together more than 1,670 exhibitors from over 30 countries worldwide, attracting 100,000 professional visitors daily.
